Project Manager required by a Glasgow based contractor who specialise in office fit outs and new build projects to the value of £5m. Current clients include Starbucks, The Gym Group, Lidl, the Co Op as well as large corporate clients

The successful candidate will be based on a Glasgow city centre office fit out worth £750k. The project is a full turnkey project which involves the refurbishment of all communal areas, break out areas, kitchen and toilet facilities as well as work-space areas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on similar projects up to the value £5m and can come from either a trades or educational background.

SMSTS, CSCS card and up to date Health and Safety and First Aid required

This is a live working environment so excellent communication skills as well as good client liaison skills are a must.

As well as the above the PM will be responsible for:

  • Managing sub contractors
  • Managing RAMS and overall Health and Safety on the site
  • Managing the budget and ensuring the project is delivered on time

On offer is a salary ranging between £60k and £65k DOE as well as a car allowance and additional benefits.
