We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our clients vibrant and fast-growing company in Birmingham. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring efficient delivery, and fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, establishing clear and timely management strategies.
- Ensure efficient delivery of each project, managing timings, costs, constraints, and risks.
- Communicate regularly with clients & the internal team, providing comprehensive updates on project progress and ensuring outstanding service.
- Generate contract plans, safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments for safe project delivery.
- Build, manage and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, architects, and sub-contractors.
- Effectively plan, programme and resource project to ensure compliance and to achieve financial, quality and safety targets
- Motivate & lead the project team & sub-contractors

Skills and Attributes:
- Strong experience working closely with multi-disciplinary design and cost management teams in the UK construction fit-out industry
- Proficient skills in MS Project (or equivalent) and Excel.
- Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and their requirements.
- Current, clean driving licence with the ability to travel nationally.
- Desired certifications include SMSTS, CSCS Black Card (or equivalent), and NVQ Level 7/Degree in a construction-related field.
