General Overview: * Provide delivery of Planned & Reactive maintenance activity of HV, LV, and Electrical Systems & Equipment, in accordance with the Schedule of Programmed Maintenance. * Ensure all Planned Maintenance works are completed within the target start and target completion timeframes. * Ensure all Reactive Works are responded to and completed in line with contractual SLA's. * Ensure all Corrective & Remedial works are completed and duly recorded. * Report all Corrective & Remedial works that need to be undertaken by other skillsets, or external contractors. * Ensure that the integrity of the Critical systems is always achieved minimising downtime of assets. * Correctly & Accurately utilise PDA to accurately record information, data and details relating to all works undertaken and accounting for working day. * Complete all maintenance documentation (electronic and hard copy) ensuring full and accurate completion. * Deliver additional works requests to agreed scope and timeframes as directed by line management. * Undertake dynamic risk assessments within the PDA on all works undertaken. * Review, agree and follow all task specific risk assessment & method statement required for tasks. * Assess, compile, and create safety programmes relating to HV & LV works in line with Client's Safe Systems of Work and SHTM 06. Undertaking the duties and responsibilities as Appointed Person within the relevant discipline. Issuing of HV & LV permits as required. * Issue Limitation of Access Permit to Contractors attending site outside of normal working hours, including working at height, hot works, etc... * Work to be delivered in compliance to HAI SCRIBE procedures in line with NHS policy. * Request procurement of materials required to undertake tasks in a timely manner, taking a proactive approach to stock levels and replenishment. * Adhere to and promote a culture of Health & Safety compliance with concise reporting of observations, near miss, incidents, accidents, etc… * Support internal and external audits and assurance to a high standard, completing, and delivering on actions as required. * Attend meetings, toolbox talks and training as required and directed by line management. * Liaise with the central Service Desk to ensure smooth operational delivery on control of workload, advising of any job rejection to service desk and line manager. * Promote a positive diverse & inclusive culture and fully embrace Equans Ethics, Diversity & Inclusion policy, and procedures. * Support colleagues and wider team, carrying out alternative tasks within competency levels, over and above Electrical bias to ensure a positive team culture is in place. * The above is not exhaustive and may be subject to change and other requirements as reasonably directed by Line Manager. |
