Site Manager - Residential Housing

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge in the residential sector? We're recruiting for a leading house builder with a strong pipeline of projects across Yorkshire and the North West.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to take ownership of multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role will involve:
✔ Completing an active site near Hull
✔ Mobilising and managing a new site near Manchester from August
✔ Returning to Leeds for the next phase of developments

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housing
✅ Strong leadership skills to drive progress and quality on site
✅ Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and liaise effectively with stakeholders
✅ Willingness to travel across regions as required
