Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next opportunity? A well-established house builder is seeking a skilled Site Manager for an immediate start on a residential development bordering North Yorkshire and Teesside.

The Role:
Overseeing all site operations to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality housing development.
Managing subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standards.
Ensuring health & safety compliance across the site.
Liaising with stakeholders, including senior management and local authorities.
Maintaining excellent site records and reporting progress.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety regulations.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
