Are you an Assistant Site Manager looking for your next opportunity? A well-established residential developer is seeking a motivated Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a fixed-term basis, working on a housing development bordering North Yorkshire and Teesside.
The Role:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site operations to ensure the smooth delivery of a high-quality residential development. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating trades and directing labour and materials to meet the project schedule.
Ensuring all work is completed to high standards in line with health & safety regulations.
Liaising with the Sales Team to align construction progress with customer expectations.
Maintaining site records, monitoring progress, and addressing any challenges that arise.
Supporting the Site Manager in managing resources, staff, and subcontractors effectively.
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working within structured build programmes in the residential sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate site teams.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations, NHBC requirements, and Building Regulations.
Ideally NVQ-qualified in Construction Management or a time-served trades person with extensive industry experience.
Good understanding of customer service within residential construction.
Full UK driving licence required.
