Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Job Type: Temporary - 4 Months

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Banksman / Labourer to join our clients team on site in Wisbech. If you have experience in a construction or site-based environment and are ready to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Banksman duties: Directing and guiding vehicles and plant machinery safely on-site, ensuring all movements are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Labourer tasks: Assisting with general site duties including carrying materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the workforce as required.
• Ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
• Communicating clearly with the team and machinery operators to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Banksman certification and CSCS Card.
• Experience in a similar role within the construction or site-based environment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Full PPE will be required.
