Job Title: Administrative Support - Grantham Office
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Potentially 9 months
Hours of Work: 20 hours per week
Systems Required: MS Word and Excel
Key Objectives:
This is a varied role involving a wide range of administrative tasks in my clients Grantham office. You will be responsible for using computer systems to place orders, collating data for reports, and completing job cards. You will also assist with internal and external communications.
Principal Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Raising Purchase Orders (PO)
Data entry
Dealing with office communications
General office administrative tasks
Assisting the Admin Supervisor
Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and be accustomed to managing a busy and varied workload. A basic understanding of accounts functions would be advantageous. Strong ICT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, are essential. Experience with data input is also helpful. You should be confident, driven, and flexible, capable of working independently and prioritizing your workload. A commitment to continuous improvement both personally and within the team is important.
