JOB TITLE: SITE MANAGER

LOCATION: REDRUTH,TR15

I am currently recruiting a site manager who has plenty of experience on projects.

Key duties will be -

  • Regularly review timings, labour, materials and plant and project plans to ensure work stays on programme
  • Visiting the Sites and identifying the defects and resources required to cater the job.
  • Maintain constant contact with all sub-contractors to ensure adherence to the set programme.
  • Give toolbox talks and assist with site set up
  • Be able to lead on H&S
  • Work closely with site/project managers direct or sub-contracted
  • Manage Q/A and Logistics

Essential experience needed -

  • SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified

CIS pay

Pay Rate - 25 per hour

Weekly pay on a Friday

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
