I am currently in need of a Envelope Manager to manage the external works & envelope on a 90 unit new build multi storey block of apartments in North Kent. The project is currently live and is due to run until March 26.

The Candidate -

• must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Essential experience -

• Must have good experience and knowledge of a variety of envelope systems, both for roofs and facade
• Roof systems are a natural slate pitched roof, Sika twin ply & Bauder single ply.
• Facades are a brick slip on an SFS structure, printed brick panels on modular units, curtain walling, render and traditional brickwork.
• A strong understanding of scaffolding is a must
• Knowledge of fire segregation is a must

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate at the end of May 25 for circa 50 weeks.
